We serve an exclusive selection of grilled meat, cooked to perfection at our charcoal grills and as soon as it is ready, our experienced Passadors (carving waiters) will bring the meat straight to your table and slice it to your plate. Choose from our selection of the finest meats on offer. You will not find any better steak restaurant.

Start with our selection of unlimited Tapas style dishes before our Passadors come and slice meat to your plate until you can eat no more! Not for the faint hearted, our Brazilian restaurants are the perfect carnivore heaven, the only thing you need to bring is a hearty appetite.

TO BEGIN WITH

Once you are shown to your table, sit down, relax, and enjoy one of our signature cocktails while your server explains to you all about the unique Rodizio experience at Casa Brasil, including the green card, red card flip system.

Once the explanation has finished, your server will bring to your table a selection of Tapas style gourmet salads and hot dishes, all unlimited. Enjoy as many refills as you can manage including Crunchy Coleslaw, New Potato Salad, House Salad, Brazilian Rice, Beef Meatballs, Fried Banana, Deep Fried Fish, Steamed Mussels, Creamy Mushrooms and Corn Cob.

Once you are ready to indulge with the meats on offer, pick up your table card with green side showing, this will immediately notify our Passadors you are ready to begin your culinary Rodizio tableside service.

Choose from different cuts of delicious meats, charcoal fire cooked meats, including Chorizo Sausage, BBQ Chicken Drumsticks, Gammon, Lamb, Beef, Pork Loin, Chicken Piri Piri, Sweet Chilli Turkey, Peppered Beef and Chicken Hearts*. All our delicious meats are brought straight to your table, sliced, and served by our experienced Passadors.

Once you feel full, it is time to take a break. Simply flip your card red side up, when you are ready for the next round, flip it back to green indicating to our Passadors you are ready for more.

Everyone loves dessert, be it a guilty pleasure or the perfect end to a great meal. We have the perfect treats, choose from an unlimited selection of our scrumptious Brazilian desserts including Beijinho (Coconut) (GF), sweet rice pudding, Chocolate and Oreo Mousse, Passion Fruit Mousse (GF), Mixed Fruit Jelly (GF), Italian Tiramisu and Chocolate Brownie.
