CASA BRASIL REWARDS APP
Please take the time to read and understand these Terms before using your Casa Brasil Rewards App. We also recommend keeping a copy of the Terms for future reference. These Terms may be updated from time to time as described below. Your use of the Casa Brasil Rewards App constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
Obtaining Your Casa Brasil Rewards App and How to Earn Points
1. Download the Casa Brasil Rewards App from the App Store or Google Play to get started. When the app is loaded click the top left menu bar to access the customer login. Login to your account or if you don't have an account just sign up.
2. The Casa Brasil Rewards App scheme is open to residents of the UK who are aged 18 or over.
3. You can use your Casa Brasil Rewards App at any participating Casa Brasil restaurant.
4. Points can be earned per customer per day. £1 spend = 5 points.
5. You must present your Casa Brasil Rewards App to collect or redeem any points in a Casa Brasil restaurant. If you cannot present your Casa Brasil Rewards App then you will not be able to collect or redeem points.
6. No cash alternative is available.
7. Points are exclusive to the individual Casa Brasil Rewards App account holder. They cannot be pooled by another individual and redeemed together. You cannot transfer your Casa Brasil Rewards App to any other person.
8. Casa Brasil does not warrant or represent that your Casa Brasil Rewards App will always be accepted at participating Casa Brasil restaurants. For example, in the unlikely event of a failure of IT, telephony, power or communications systems, we may be unable to add points or allow you to redeem a Reward during such failure.
9. Casa Brasil reserves the right to refuse to accept a Casa Brasil Rewards App or to limit the use of a Casa Brasil Rewards App which it deems to have been tampered with, duplicated, damaged or which otherwise is suspected to be affected by fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use. Casa Brasil may withdraw or cancel your Casa Brasil Rewards App account or take any other action it may deem appropriate if it suspects fraud, misconduct or unauthorised use of your Casa Brasil Rewards App. The Casa Brasil Rewards App will become invalid once cancelled and in such circumstances and you will forfeit any stored points on your Casa Brasil Rewards App.
10. Except in the case of death or personal injury arising from its negligence, or in respect of fraud, and so far as is permitted by law, Casa Brasil maximum liability to you in relation to these Terms and your use of the Casa Brasil Rewards App shall not exceed the final balance of points held on your Casa Brasil Rewards App account. Casa Brasil shall not, in any case, be liable to you for matters which are beyond Casa Brasil's reasonable control.
111. Casa Brasil will endeavour to provide the services relating to your Casa Brasil Rewards App using reasonable skill and care. All other warranties, representations, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, written or oral, are hereby expressly excluded to the fullest extent permitted by law.
12. Notwithstanding the above, nothing in these Terms shall affect your statutory rights.
13. Casa Brasil reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time or withdraw the Casa Brasil Rewards App scheme in giving reasonable notice. Any such changes will be posted on our website.
Accordingly, you should check these Terms on a regular basis. All registered Casa Brasil Rewards App account holders, then we will notify you of any change, deletion or addition to these changes by email. The amended Terms will apply to your continued use of the Casa Brasil Rewards App. Where we intend to withdraw the Casa Brasil Rewards App, we will endeavour to give you 30 days' notice.
14. You can see the Casa Brasil Privacy Policy on our website. The policy outlines Casa Brasil's use of the personal information that is collected from you. You should familiarise yourself with this Privacy Policy and check it regularly so that you are always informed of the latest version.
15. If you have opted in to receive marketing communications, you consent to receiving regular email updates from Casa Brasil. You may opt out of receiving marketing communications at any time, either by unsubscribing from one of our emails or contacting us.
You have the right to cancel your Casa Brasil Rewards App account at any time but you will lose the right to redeem all unused Rewards. If you wish to cancel your Casa Brasil Loyalty Card you must contact the Customer Services team at customerservices@casabrasilrestaurants.co.uk.
16. These terms are governed by English law.
17. These Terms (together with the documents referred to in them) represents the entire agreement between you and Casa Brasil in relation to your use of the Casa Brasil Rewards App. If any provision of these Terms shall be invalid or unenforceable, then all other provisions of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.

eat free on your birthday
You must first join the online casa brasil birthday club to receive a voucher via email. Birthday Club Voucher good for one (1) full rodizio per person per year at participating Casa brasil locations. Birthday Club voucher is sent out via email 48 HOURS AFTER successful online submission. The voucher can only be used on day of birthday. Voucher is not valid New Years Eve, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Valentines day. This offer is only valid with groups of 4 or more dining. Proof of id with passport is required. The voucher must be mentioned at time of Booking and must be presented on arrival. This voucher can only be used once. Photocopies or defaced vouchers will not be accepted. This offer only is only valid with this official birthday voucher that is sent via email. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be used with other offers, promotions or vouchers. CHILDREN EAT FREE* AT CASA BRASIL
Child must be 0 - 5 to qualify. Child aged between 6 - 12 years of age can eat at half price. This offer entitles one child, 0 - 5 to eat free with each full paying adult. Any additional children will be charged at half price. Groups of children not accompanied by a full paying adult per child, can only dine between 12 - 5 pm. From 5pm onwards the child must be accompanied by a full paying adult, to qualify for the child to eat at half price. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be used with other offers, promotions or vouchers. All rights remain with the promoter who reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice. The decision of the manager is final.
STUDENTS - 10% discount (FOOD ONLY)
Student discount not permitted after 5pm on Saturdays. 10% off food only at Casa Brasil restaurants. Discount is applied to food only, does not include any drinks. One discount is applied per person per valid student card. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be used with other offers, promotions or vouchers. Offer valid at any Casa Brasil venue. This offer is not valid on Saturdays after 5pm, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and New Years Eve. Valid student cards must be presented in order to claim the discount. All rights remain with the promoter who reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice. The decision of the manager is final.
ARMED FORCES - 10% DISCOUNT (FOOD ONLY)
Armed forces (military personnel) can get 10% off* (food only) at Casa Brasil restaurants with a valid armed forces (military personnel) id card. Discount is applied to food only, does not include any drinks. One discount is applied per person per valid armed forces id card. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be used with other offers, promotions or vouchers. Offer valid at any Casa Brasil venue. This offer is not valid on Saturdays, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day and New Years Eve. A valid armed forces (military personnel) id card must be presented in order to claim the discount. NHS - 10% DISCOUNT (FOOD ONLY)
NHS staff can get 10% off* (food only) at Casa Brasil restaurants with a valid NHS id card. Discount is applied to food only, does not include any drinks. One discount is applied per person per valid NHS id card. The offer cannot be exchanged for cash, is non-transferable and cannot be used with other offers, promotions or vouchers. Offer valid at any Casa Brasil venue. This offer is not valid on Saturdays, Valentine’s day, Mother’s day, Father’s day and New Years Eve. A valid NHS id card must be presented in order to claim the discount. All rights remain with the promoter who reserves the right to withdraw the offer at any time and without prior notice. Casa Brasil Bottomless BraSil Lunch
1Bottomless Brasil bookings are for a maximum of a 2-hour slot within the valid time restrictions which start at the time of your booking. Slots will not be extended for late arrivals. Bottomless Brasil (“Bottomless Lunch”) is available for £55 per person at all Casa Brasil Restaurants and drinks cannot be shared. Offer is only available Monday to Friday, 12pm – 5pm with the last seating at 3pm. Bottomless Brasil is only available for tables of 2 or greater. Availability times may vary by restaurant location. Full alcohol content (ABVs) and units can be found on our drinks menu. Last orders will be taken 15 minutes before the end of your chosen time slot. This Bottomless offer is only valid for persons over the age of 18, Due to the offer, all members of the party must be over 18 years old. We may ask for ID, we do operate a Challenge 25 Policy, so please do not be offended. Casa Brasil management may refuse to serve top ups or extra drinks to any participants at its discretion. Any unfinished drinks can be finished once your table slot has finished, and drinks will be normal price after your time slot should you wish to purchase more. Please note a discretionary service charge of 10% will be added to your bill.

BOOKING ONLINE
We kindly ask that should you need to make any amendments to your reservation that you do so as soon as possible. You can contact our reservations team on (Southampton WestQuay - 023 8063 9613), (Portsmouth - 023 9221 4444), (Bristol - 011 7929 3389), they will be happy to help. Please do make us aware of any special requirements you may have along with any allergies or dietary requirements in your party, and we will be happy to accommodate.
For reservations of 7 up to 18 people reservations, and special events, we require a £50 Deposit, for Reservations of 19 up to 29 people reservations and special events we require a £100 Deposit.
These details are securely kept with a third party called Stripe.
We ask for 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation or reduction in numbers and reservations. We will contact you a day or two prior to your reservation via telephone or email to confirm your booking, we are unable to hold unconfirmed bookings. We politely ask you to contact us if you are running late as we can hold tables for 15 minutes and will release it if we have not been contacted. By making a reservation at Casa Brasil Restaurants, you agree to our reservation cancellation terms.
