HOW IT WORKS
Step 1 - Sit down, relax, enjoy a drink, while we explain to you the rodizio dining experience.

Step 2 - You can immediately visit our gourmet hot and cold buffet bar and when you return to your seat the meat will start to flow.

Step 3 - Turn your card green side up, signalling that you are ready to begin table side service. Various types of marinate meat will be sliced in front of you - with your own tongs you will take the sliced meat from your waiter.

Step 4 - When you are feeling satisfied, flip the disc to the red side until you are ready for more offerings.

Step 5 - Don’t forget our delicious desserts, coffee and liquors.
HISTORY
Direct from the Southern Brazilian high plains comes a centuries-old way of cooking, where gauchos spit-roasted large portions of beef, pork, lamb, and poultry over the glowing coals of open fire pits, preserving the meats' natural juices and rich flavors. Soon, brick grills replaced pit fires, and the Churrascaria, became the gathering place for feasting and friendship.
